Indicated for reducing pain caused by inflammation due to rheumatism via uncaria tomentosa, a specific cat’s claw extract (60mg), and osteoarthritis by consuming uncaria guianensis, a freeze-dried extract (100mg) of cat’s claw. Studies have supported that cat’s claw may help alleviate some of the symptoms associated with cancer.
It is believed to promote the healing of wounds, treat gastrointestinal ulcers, it may also relieve chronic pain and stimulate the immune system. Helps fight viral and fungal infections, such as herpes and candida. Cat’s claw is even used for the treatment of muscle aches, fever, and fatigue.
Care should be taken to avoid cat’s claw for people who are pregnant, breast feeding, have low pressure, bleeding disorders, or leukaemia.
