Kale

Kale is one among the most nutrient dense plants in the world, it has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Kale contains essential vitamins, minerals and beneficial natural chemicals.  It is estimated that one cup of kale contains far more vitamin A, K and C required in a day. Kale is high in protein and contains alpha linoleic-acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. 

There are several powerful antioxidants found in kale, typical in many leafy greens. Among them are vitamin-c, beta-carotene, polyphenols, and several flavonoids, including quercetin and kaempferol.  Kale contains a plethora of known cancer fighting chemicals. 

Kale is used to fight against atherosclerosis and molecular degeneration, alleviate asthma, ulcerative colitis and osteoarthritis symptoms.
