Mint

Mint

There are of course many species of mint; however, they are all packed with nutrients and beneficial chemicals.  All mints are believed to strengthen the stomach and improve digestion.  They are used to sooth headaches, alleviate congestion, as a stimulant.

Mint is indicated for weight loss, as a memory enhancer, and a topical skin treatment for conditions such as acne.  It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Many people use it to destroy mouth germs.

Fortunately, there are many ways to consume mint!  It is a great addition to food, tea, essential oil, as capsules, and more.

Please use moderation and care when using herbs and read our disclaimer
